The result described
Visitors can learn about the services and book a session online. The owner can manage supported website content through the editor.

Features documented in Shane’s existing project and checked against the live public website. This is a website and booking example. Customer trust, revenue and an email-domain upgrade have not been measured for this project.

The setup
A migration to Microsoft 365 Business Basic, with domain email, shared mailboxes, distribution groups and device setup guidance.
The result described
The provider reports a smooth migration, reliable email across devices and better team coordination.

Provider-reported project. The published case study does not disclose the customer’s business name or a publication date. The results cover a broader email migration. The source does not measure a customer trust or sales increase caused by the custom email address alone.
